LUZ ('LOOTH')

Luz, pronounced LOOTH, spent 12 years at Raise (formerly the Ian Martin Group), where she led the complete transformation from hierarchy to self-management. Publicly available, Raise’s Teal OS has served as an inspiration and resource to many other progressive organizations. 

 

Today, Luz works with companies and teams who want to make progress on their culture. Workshop topics include: consent-based decision making, psychological safety, equal talking time, generous listening, and the Enneagram of Personality.

 

Luz and her many animals live at West Grey Farm, whose wild and human systems serve as the constant inspiration for work

as an ecosystem.
